WELCOME TO BIG SKY
A TOWN BUILT ON HISTORY
A beautiful place such as Big Sky, Montana, didn't come from the easiest of beginnings. However, I'm sure the collective census will agree that everyone wants to make sure their beloved town stays beautiful. Today, that still rings true and would make good ol' Clovis Deveraux proud to see what it has become since the town created where he served as the first mayor of Big Sky! And no matter where you look, you can see the beauty in the town. From the view of the mountains to every store on Main Street, there's always something to see. If you ask me, someone who was born and raised in Big Sky, I'm always seeing something different even after all these years!
Big Sky was founded in 1893 and has seen its fair share of ups and downs, but mostly the city has done nothing but grow into what it is today: 131 years later. Visitors to Big Sky can enjoy the perks of living in a friendly place with access to a top-notch ski resort for their recreational enjoyment. There are plenty of places to shop and eat as well as an amazing theater! There's truly something to always peak your interest while you visit! Locals have the added bonus of enjoying exceptional schools for their children in Kindergarten through 12th grade! Once they're done with their first 12 years of school, they can move on to the award-winning Big Sky University to further their education while staying close to home!
No matter what it is though, Big Sky has it all that one would need or even possibly want! I know that I don't plan on leaving this beautiful place. As I was born and raised here, I aspire to also make sure my children and their children are also born and raised right here in this beautiful piece of Montana!
I'm not afraid (I'm not afraid) To take a stand (to take a stand) Everybody (everybody) Come take my hand come (come take my hand) We'll walk this road together, through the storm Whatever weather, cold or warm Just lettin' you know that you're not alone

I tend to go with the flow of things. I'm usually a fun loving guy. I love staying active and using the world as my gym instead of going to work out in an actual gym. I love the fresh air. Motorcycles are a passion of mine and I can't help myself when it comes to a classic that needs work. I'll happily restore it to its rightful glory. I do get a temper sometimes, but when I do get pissed, I think it's very warranted. When that happens, you might want to run and be faster than me. I don't mind beating the shit out of someone who deserves it either. My wife is everything to me and I try to do everything I can to make sure she's happy because a happy wife is a happy life in my opinion. I'm not sure how to go about finding out what she's hiding from me though. She's been hiding something for years now, but I am not one to really pry into things. I know if she thought I needed to know, she'd tell me, but it bothers me that it's something that is bothering her and I can tell.
My origins date back to before Big Sky was a town or Montana was even a state to the Shoshone Indians who occupied what is Big Sky today. My family descends from the great chiefs of the Shoshone Indians. I can't tell you exact dates, but when most of the Shoshone were rounded up by the army the Big Sky tribe which was small remained untouched. Continuing to live out their lives here. Our ancestor Soaring Sly Falcon and his squaw Golden Dawn were just starting a family when they became one of the founding seven families of Big Sky Montana.
Soaring Sly Falcon was also one of the founding members along with the other six men of the founding families of the Wild Wolves MC. Those men kept up on all of the new trends and made Big Sky What it is today. The MC is still prospering as well. A lot more members than it was a hundred and twenty five years ago. Some of the old bikes from back then remain in the family and are in a special place in our family garage. Almost as if a shrine for them.
My name is River Patrick Falcon and I am the first born to Cobalt and Solstice Falcon. As soon as I was born, I was put into the care of nannies, but my father was still very hands on. My mother, not so much. From what I know, she was happy to have me as a son, but that was only for a very short period of time. I think once I started to really show my personality, she grew bored and was not interested in motherhood anymore, if she really was ever interested in it to begin with. But now that I look back on my childhood, I was glad for what I had and didn't really consider my mother responsible for any of it.
I was about two when my brother Ransym was born. He became my best friend and I loved being a big brother. Where I was somewhat showing more and more responsibility as I grew up, Ransym was pretty much the crazy one out of the two of us. However, I think we balanced each other out pretty well. A couple years after Ransym, my brother Jethro was born followed by Valiant a few years later, and then Sly a couple years after him. Then I was blessed with a little sister when I was about 10 years old and I was in complete awe of her. Her name was Skyler. My parents had three more kids in the following three years after Skyler. Two more brothers, Oliver and Aramis, followed by the baby of the family, my youngest sister Shiloh. I absolutely loved being a big brother to so many siblings and loved creating havoc with them growing up.
Backing up a little though, to talk a little bit about the things I've done, I got a mini bike when I was about four years old. I would tear up anything and everything riding it. I became quite the daredevil with it and when I graduated to a dirt bike, nothing was safe. I joined Motocross and dominated my age bracket. There was really nothing that I was scared of when I was on a bike.
Going through school, I was always being swarmed by girls. I didn't mind, as I loved the attention they gave me. Ever since about second grade, I think I had a girlfriend constantly. I think I dated mostly through my class and then my entire grade. However, the one girl that I didn't try to "date", if you can call it that at that age, was my best friend Rebel Swanson. We would do pretty much everything together from riding mini bikes when we were four to when we did Motocross. I think because of the fact that she wasn't basically begging to be my girlfriend like all the other girls, I started to really develop a huge crush on her, but I didn't say anything because I was scared it would ruin our friendship.
Getting to Junior High, I played just about any sport offered, but I loved football the most. I loved being a Defensive End. I had a lot of QB sacks on my record before I got to high school, where I made Varsity my Freshman year and actually became a starter as well. While I did all of the other sports, like basketball, baseball, track, and swimming, football stayed my favorite.
Tragedy struck Rebel's family though and I think if I wasn't where I could grab her, I would've lost my best friend that same day. There was a shooting that happened as I was heading into Rosewood's with Rebel, her sister Ryot, and my brother Ransym. She witnessed her grandparents, aunt, and uncle get shot, but before she could take off to help them, I grabbed her and pulled her into Rosewood's. I had to hug her tightly to me with how hard she was fighting, but we were safe in an area away from windows. There were a couple of times she almost broke out of my hold, but I got smart and wrapped my legs around her waist and bear hugged her from behind while sitting on the floor.
The aftermath wasn't good. Rebel was distraught over losing family that way. I couldn't blame her either. I was there when she needed a friend though. I didn't want her going through anything alone.
I finally decided to bite the bullet and ask Rebel out not long after that though. We were 16 at the time. To my surprise, she said yes, and we've been toogether ever since. I stuck with sports throughout high school and I got a job as a High Mountain Ranger at that time as well, and started to prospect to the Wild Wolves MC when I turned 18. I was busy, but I liked that I wasn't home very much either to deal with the drama my mom was all about. Of course, there were times where it was unavoidable though.
I remember one time, we were 16 still, Rebel and I had been dating for months though, and our relationship progressed really fast. We've been intimate almost immediately after we started dating, but I was smart and suited up every time. So it was nothing new that we were fooling around by this point for us, but this day was different. I was called to help my dad with something and as I was helping him, I heard a scream. I went running and found Rebel at the bottom of the stairs. I looked up and saw my mom's shocked look on her face, but I knew something didn't seem right with her look. It seemed like it was being forced. I didn't ask though, I just knelt next to Rebel to check on her. My dad called 911 and we got her help quickly.
I was at the hospital until her parents got there. I wanted to stay, but I was pulled away and my dad gave me something to focus on so I wasn't completely worried about Rebel. It didn't work though. I was constantly thinking about her and I even found myself at the hospital to see if I could see her. Her dad seemed to give me the evil eye every time he'd see me after Rebel's accident. I didn't blame him though. I felt partly to blame for her accident, and I still didn't know what happened to cause her to fall down the stairs, but my main concern at that time was Rebel getting better.
Rebel was a little different after she was released from the hospital. It felt like she wasn't telling me something, but I never pushed her, knowing if I needed to know, she'd tell me when the time was right. We stayed together though and I started to make sure that she wasn't alone in my house at any point. Something happened and I think it was just my subconcious causing me to make sure she wasn't alone at my house, but also I didn't want to be without her at the same time.
Time went on though. As I said earlier, I prospected to the Wild Wolves MC when I turned 18. Rebel and I also were up for Homecoming King and Queen, and prom was perfect with her by my side. Graduation came and went and I went full time with the Rangers. Rebel was a Ranger too. It was great when we worked together, but I still loved my job when she wasn't working the same shift. That was the summer that I proposed to Rebel as well.
I had taken her up the mountain right after a shift we worked together for an impromptu date. I was really nervous about it, but I did my best not to let it show. When the time came though, I had a speech prepared, but I think that speech went out the window as soon as I started to talk. I still remember what I said to this day though:
"I know I have a crazy family and a mother that's probably not worthy of ever being actually called "mother", but none of that matters. All that matters is that I love you and no one, I mean NO ONE, would ever make me think you're not the one for me. I know you are. I know you love me just as I love you. I want to make you happy and see that smile every day of my life. I'll do anything for you and if that means you have to kick my ass to keep me straight, I'll be glad to receive that ass kicking. And trust me, I know the only way to piss you off is to actually deserve it too. I hope that never happens, especially since I'm wanting to make sure we share the same bed every night. I really don't want to sleep on a couch or outside or in any other bed than the one we would share, so I promise I'll try to stay on my best behavior for you. So will you marry me?"
Of course, I sank down to one knee when the important question came. I was more than shocked when she said she'd think about it though. I wasn't prepared for that answer at all. I know I took a moment but I managed to stand back up and nod at her and told her to take her time that I was there when she was ready. But all was right in the world when she finally told me that she wanted to marry me after pretty much leaving me hanging.
Life seemed to get better after that too. My brother Ransym married the only person in the world that made sense for him, Rebel's sister Ryot. I was the best man and Rebel was the maid of honor. Soon after that, Rebel and I married. Of course, Ransym was my best man and Ryot was Rebel's maid of honor then. We got started trying to get our own family going though, but it seemed like it never was the right time. Ransym and Ryot didn't seem to have any problems with that department though. Rebel and I were named godparents to their first child, Ransym Jr. I loved spoiling the hell out of that kid from day one. Of course, he never needed any help with being a handful. His father and mother had those genes locked in for their offspring even before they started dating.
Over the years now, I know there's definitely something wrong though. Whatever Rebel is dealing with on her own, I still don't know, but it's starting to get to the point that I'm taking it very personal that she won't open up to me. I wonder if she blames me for what happened to her all those years ago when she fell down the stairs? If that's the case, why didn't she just tell me to fuck off all those years ago? Why did she say she'd marry me? Whatever it is, I'm determined to get to the bottom of it and make sure my wife knows there's nothing I wouldn't do for her.

Logan got out of the shower and wrapped the towel around his waist after he dried his hair. He wiped the foggy mirror with his hand and quickly ran a brush through his short hair. He wasn't too worried about styling it, since he was just going to mess it up anyway after he pulled a shirt over his head.
Instead, he walked out of the bathroom and over to the little dresser where he put what little clothes he could stuff in his saddle bags, an extra pair of pants and a couple of shirts plus some socks. He pulled the towel off of him and dropped it on the floor, not even caring if Angel, who was still asleep in his bed, woke up and saw him in the buff.
